Turning the nation around

Corruption has become deeply entrenched in our government and it is the duty of every citizen, including elected officials, to work together on ending this rot.

Faith in government and the political process is the cornerstone of a functioning democracy. But over the years, Zanu PF has eroded the barrier between personal interests and politics. It is time to stop using Government positions as a money machine.

As a Member of Parliament I work tirelessly everyday asking for transparency and holding the government accountable for every department's activities and funds.

Action Items

My goal as a Member of Parliament is to ensure that transparency and ethics are implemented in every activity that the govenment egnages in. We work for the people and they need us to be accountable.

Structural Reform Of All Departments

We are tired of those in govenment positions using their status to supress progress while lining their pockets in the process. We need to reform the mission and structure of all departments.

It is time to completely eradicate the pandemic of ghost workers and bribery.

ENDING CORRUPTION

The national budget serves as a moral contract with our citizens. But while our schools are underfunded, roads crumbling and hospitals in ruin those in govenment are living lavishly.

ECONOMIC RECOVERY

A strong economy is one that works for everyone. We need policies that support local businesses who provide good jobs in every province and make our economy competitive.

ELECTION REFORM

As we head into the 2023 general election, ZEC needs to layout fundamental reforms to the electoral process focusing more on improving transparency and voter confidence.

HEALTH CARE FOR ALL

Quality, accessible, and affordable healthcare is every Zimbabwean’s right. We need to prioritise the rehabilitation of state hospitals and local clinics.

Better Education

The best indicator for student success is a well-qualified teacher who receives competitive pay. For a long time our schools, especially in the rural areas have seen a decline in the quality of education.

Jobs

We need to implement policies that support local businesses and provide good jobs and move us away from the informal buying and selling economy. We need world class jobs to keep our economy growing.

Integrity above all else

Our government should be transparent, open, and Members of Parliament should be held accountable to the citizens of Zimbabwe. Elected officials should listen to and work for their constituents, not for their own interests.
